I have an interview on Friday, and have been given this info "The Act of Worship will be on the theme of Pentecost and you will be asked to plan it jointly with two other candidates for approximately 30 children from reception and year 1. Please bring with you any resources you would like to use and let us know if there is anything you require".
Does this mean an assembly or a class based activity?
It is in a Catholic school. Any thougths and ideas would be greatly appreciated!
    Thanks

  2. It is neither an assembly nora class based activity - it is exactly what it says on the tn - an act of worhsip in a Roman Catholic school.
Assemblies are where notices take place etc and an act of worship may or may not be tagged onto it.
Basically you need to deliver a form of worship that incorporates the Catholic faith and the ability to relate to young children at the same time.
