    Hi All,

I am applying for a job and the school are very keen on a skills based learning approach. The skills I'm thinking of would be thinking skills, motivational skills, creativity...? Am I thinking along the right lines? Can anyone explain this further please. Would growth mind-set come under skills based learning?

Thankyou in advance for you help!

Its difficult to give a categorical answer -without knowing the school- check the school website and prospectus to see if there are any clues there? Alternatively they could be fishing to see what candidates come up with their own definition of skills.

Possibly science investigation skills, computer coding skills, art skills, reading and writing skills... The list could be endless.
