The Foundation questions were:

1. What methods does the poet use to show you what has happened to the people of Vietnam in ‘What Were They Like?’ (page 11)?
Compare these with the methods used to show you things about people in one other poem of your choice from the Different Cultures section of your Anthology. Write about:
what you learn about what has happened to the people of Vietnam
the methods the poet uses to show you this
what you are shown about people in the poem of your choice
the methods the poet uses to show you this
similarities and differences between the methods the poets use.

2. What methods does the poet use to present change in ‘This Room’ (page 14)? Compare these methods with the ways change is presented in one other poem of your choice from the Different Cultures section of your Anthology. Write about:

how these changes are presented

how the changes are presented

Don't have the higher ones I'm afraid.

(Sorry, for the big writing, it's been too long a day for me to figure out/even try how to make it short, when I was just able to copy and paste!)
