Not once, but twice!

  1. Today I failed to complete the high-skill task of "take a sip of tea while holding a book open in your lap". The book started to slip, I went to catch it, and in the process I slopped half of the tea into my lap and up my sleeve.
    Not pleasant on a chilly day.
    (Am I the only person who's seriously considering putting the heating on?)

    All my skirts are ankle length and I often end up with soaking wet hems after they've ended up in a mug of tea I've put on the floor.
