North African Tapas...?

Discussion in 'Cookery' started by skt107, Dec 29, 2011.

  1. Hello all!
I'm going to a tapas night for New Years Eve and I need to take a North African style dish! Any suggestions? Tagine is already taken...!

    couscous stuffed vegetables?
Couscous salad, any country in particular?
I'm not sure Tapas is the right word to use!! But never mind.

How about Manashee's groundnut stew? (do a search on here)

You could make a selection of dips and flatbreads to take, or perhaps some koftas, or falafel. You could make some stuffed vegetables or stuffed vine leaves (cabbage leaves are a good alternative).
  5. Mmmm that all sounds amazing! Thank you!
