Can someone who does not have NPQH be appointed as Acting Head?

    Many thanks

Yes, as curlygirly said. There will be an expectation that if appointed, the acting Head will get their NPQH as soon as possible. I am in that position as are a few people in my NPQH cohort.
  4. I did 5 terms as acting head without NPQH-qualified this year. Make sure you are paid exactly the same as if you were a 'real' head.
If you get any hassles from your govs over pay, get in touch with you LA staffing.
