Apparently the Royal couple are having a weekend away, and then it's back to work for William next week.
The honeymoon will occur at a later time.

We didn't have a honeymoon until much later as we had to move out toGermany!

  6. I suppose that the purpose of a honeymoon is a bit different from what it was years ago. I'm, rather coyly, refering to the consummation of the marriage element.
I think it's probably a good idea that the Duke & Duchess have delayed. The press won't, perhaps, be quite as interested when the frenzy of the wedding is over.
Fair play to the happy couple, I say.

  7. The problem is that Cliff Richard and George Osbourne have already booked Branson's Island for most of May and June.

Poeme, I think it is probably also a good idea that they have delayed it, as there will be less interest.
Interesting point about the consummation, too ;)
