    Hi everyone,

I'm wondering whether New Zealand or Victoria state provisional registration/certification fits the requirements for being licenced as a teacher in Taiwan.

Niche question, but someone out there must know.

    Kind regards,

    Max

We have quite a few NZ teachers here who got visas without any issues. I'd imagine it would be fine. Best to contact the Taiwan Cultural office wherever you're located. They should be able to help.

Speaking of Taiwan, I have seen a role in Taichung, what sort of place is that and how is Taiwan in general ?

Taiwan is a great place to live. We've been here 6 years and plan on staying longer. Taichung is nice and has a small but present expat community. The school there sounds good from what I've been told.
