Do you still count as an NQT two years later?
  4. If you haven't been able to get a job for long enough to complete the induction year.. It is really sad that lots of people are in that position.

Are you still an unemployed NQT? I have pretty much given up now on finishing my NQT 5 years after qualifying.
  10. Don't give up yet, PM! It took me 5 years to complete my NQT year (3 different classes in 2 different schools) and then another 3 years to get a permanent job. If it is really what you want to do then don't give up.
