New post health form - sickness

    Hi there,
I was recently successful in gaining a new position so I can work part time after my maternity leave rather than return full time to my current post. Today I received the health declaration form in the post. I had one bout of sickness in the last 12 months for about a month but it was pregnancy related (I was signed off with spd). Do I need to declare this on the form as it was pregnancy related?
    Thanks

    .

I should declare it as pregnancy related.

They shouldn't take that into account, so no worries.

Well done for getting that new job, and part time too. Lots of people would say that you have achieved their dream!

Don't forget that even in maternity leave, you need to resign.
