New jobs and mat leave

Discussion in 'Pregnancy' started by antoniou, Jan 18, 2011.

  1. Oooh, is there anything you wish to share?!
I was always under the impression that as long as there is gap in your jobs (i.e. you leave one place Aug 31 and start the other Sept 1) then that counts as continuous service and you are still entitled to the full mat benefits. Although I'd check with someone who's actually been through this because, as you know, we're still trying!

  2. Antoniou I think you're right, even if it's not in the same borough.
