New concept FREE Primary Music Website of KS2 Songs

Discussion in 'Music' started by mattdix, May 2, 2012.

  1. Hi,
    Three teachers from Nottingham and Newcastle have set up a FREE KS2 Topic Primary school music resource blog. The concept is fairly straight forward and, hopefully, will be both fun and educational for teachers and pupils alike.
    The three teachers are enthusiastic musicians (enthusiastic, not professional!) and will be releasing one topic song per week on their blog, complete with backing track, instrumental versions and lyrics. They will be entirely FREE to download, have no advertising on the site and include some of their own musical inspirations and general chit-chat. The idea is quite simply, they love teaching and use music to help. The emphasis will be on Maths and Science but they are ready to listen to requests too!

    The blog can be found at:
    http://KS2Songs.blogspot.com

    Follow them on Twitter at:
    @MrACDPresent
    Let us know what you think. The first track is a ukulele, hip-hop track about plants. Yes folks, you heard right! It does work though, trust us. Download and share!
    Thanks,
    Mr A, Mr C and Mr D :)
