    Hi everyone
Was wondering if I could pick a few brains - I have been teaching for 5 years now but have had a little time off since the birth of my little girl. Now back full time but switching jobs in September and was wondering if anyone had any innovative and effective classroom management strategies that they have found useful especially those which have been used with children with additional needs (will be working in a new SLD class next term) such as getting children to tidy up, transitions through the day, registration etc etc. This has not necessarily been an issue in the past just looking for fresh ideas really - can anyone help?

    Thanks!
