Neil Armstrong Lesson Observation

    What year group do you teach?
    Newspaper reports worked with mine, it's easy to differentiate and the children enjoyed it. I like your ideas about tweeting or post card from space as an extension..how would they feel etc.

    There is also a Neil Armstrong/Buzz Aldrin assembly... I got rid of all welcome and narrator bits and got them to do drama, they remembered all the key information, also you could used clips from the BBC of the actual landing..
    I think the assembly was on primary resources. Hope this helps x
