Have you tried a wheat pack? Could you go for a massage? Neck pain is horrible- you have my sympathies!

  2. My nana would probably say, "Did you sleep in a draft?"! Lol! I'm not making light of your situation as it's bloody painful- just wondering if perhaps you did sleep at a funny angle and the muscles have seized up. My advice would be one of those self-heating sticky pain relieving patches- I had bad neck and back pain after I had LO as I strained myself picking her up or something; these patches worked a treat to release the muscles and relieve the pain. I got some Boots own ones. Hope it gets better soon x

  3. Thank you both. Have been using a hot water bottle but sure we've got a wheat pack somewhere which would be better as more flexible. Clematis, I think your Nana's probably right and I've slept awkwardly. It really does hurt, I think it's worse and definitely more sustained pain than having lo! Going to doctor later as although I've taken the odd paracetamol it doesn't touch it. Pain makes me feel sick on top of all day morning sickness nausea anyway. Feeling v fed up. Thanks for listening!
