  1. Does anyone know an equivalent to MyMaths for English or any programme/website suitable for extended learning activities?

We just bought into MyWorks run by Boardworks, but it's more of a homework resource.

The firm that makes a MyWorks that runs via a browser will make £1000s. The firm that makes a MyWorks that somehow personalises student grammatical exercises beyond % correct will make even more.
  4. MyWorks is available online or on your VLE. You can find out more information about MyWorks English (which is available for KS3 and KS4) here: www.myworks.co.uk/english If you have any further questions, you're welcome to send me a message or call 0845 0 300 400.

The browser-based solution of MyWorks sounds good. They still need to get a few more grammar-based activities; many of their homeworks are a little too thorough (think slide about slide of information.) But perhaps the best solution, nevertheless.
