Music Programmes for PMLD

Discussion in 'Special educational needs' started by aine2, Apr 25, 2012.

  1. Just saw your message now -am relatively new user!! A program I found great for my class is
Connections which is for children within the autistic spectrum but which my students, aged 14 -16
with PMLD really benefit from. There is also the old reliable, Tac Pac. I too would welcome any
    other suggestions:)

I would definitely check out the new Sound of Intent Website. It looks brilliant, but not fully up and running yet. They have a scheme of work and loads of videos to demonstrate. I also use the All Join In resource from the RNIB- I had to beg, borrow and steal to get a copy as it's very old. That's how I came across Sounds of Intent as they have some of the music on there.
