  1. I am leaving my current position from working with students who have BESD, and I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to tell students and when.
Do I tell them now when there is 2 weeks to go or do I tell them on the day. I have a plan of writing notes to all the students telling them something I have spotted that is good about them, and explaining why I am leaving.
Do you think this is a good plan?
  2. Thankyou for your advice. I was planning to leaving it about 3 days before. However the jungle drums are beating within the student camp. Hey ho
  3. just hope your head doesn't come into class saying"we don't want Mrs X to leave now do we?" yeah, that helped...
