  1. Hi, I have held a teaching position in a successful international school for the past two years, I taught in the UK for 2 years previous to this, I now feel the need for a change and a challenge but there doesn't seem to be any opportunities to move up the command chain here and I'm thinking it might be time for a move, but I have been looking at promoted posts and there aren't many, I don't know if I am getting ahead of myself, do I have enough experience to be looking at promoted posts? I don't want to rock the boat here as I like my job, but I'm starting to get bored...Any advice?
