Moving from SMT in big school to SMT in a smaller school

    Thank you for the replies. I have decided not to apply. When I looked round the staff seemed really miserable, didn't smile or speak to us looking round. The DH was too busy to speak to us (exactly how the school manager put it) and the head was out. I just didn't get a good feel from the place.

    Oh well at least the decision is made! Maybe they are all like this because of their massive workl;oads in a small school!!
