One of my students took a week off to go to Marrakesh last week. He brought me back some Sumac, some spice for chicken and a bottle of Argan oil. I am over the moon, but I don't know what the spice for chicken is, any ideas, it's a pale brownish colour. I haven't smelt it yet!!

Last week I was given a boxful of green coffee and some cardamom pods. I think my EFL students are getting to know I love food!!

  2. Argan oil is awesome, and it's really hard to get hold of the good stuff. Foreigners get expensive diluted stuff.
