More issues with numbers

    Happy new year.

    It looks that the authors' website is broken again.

    For me the numbers don't add up.
    I know I made a sale yesterday, it does not show in YOUR ROYALTY, but it shows in YOUR BALANCE. I know this because the balance was 0 yesterday.
    It does not show in SALES, but it shows in PURCHASES because the number has gone up by 1 since yesterday.
    I think it does show in YEARLY SALES, but I have no way to check.

    I spoke about serious caching issues on a number of occasion, and this is what it means for us contributors in practical terms.
    Please do not tell me to clean my browser cache.
    The numbers simply don't add up on TES end, and you ought to do something about this.

    Sorry that you are experiencing problems with the author dashboard. Have you logged the issue with the Customer Services Team? Please can you email help@tes.com?
