Moral dilemma

    Thanks for the responses. I hate this situation.There is such a terrible atmosphere in school. People who I thought I got on well with have taken to talking in hushed vioces in little groups that scatter the minute you appear. You would think they thought you might take something from them! I don't want to be the one resonsible for somebody loseing their job.On the other hand I know I will feel bitter and resentful of those that are getting more than they should if I don't persue it.[​IMG]

    Pursue it. Your issue isn't with the level 3s who may be overpaid but you do have an entitlement to be paid the rate for the job you are doing. Teaching staff & SMT wouldn't expect to be paid less because of school budget problems so why should you?
