I was wondering if people have experience of sending money back to the UK from Thailand? We will need to regularly send Money back to cover bills/debt.
Am guessing others do this when saving too?
    Any advise greatfully received
    Thank you

Great thank you. Is this tried and tested?
I have contacted about ten other Money transfer companies that people recommend online and they all say no to transferring from Thailand. They all say they can to UK to Thailand but not the other way round.

If you are working out there, could they pay you into your uk bank account and then set a standing order to transfer money to you locally?

Transferwise do a borderless account, just set up one of them

I was with SCB Bank and it was easy to transfer money to the UK. Having said that, nowadays I would use transferwise as well, it's excellent.
Edited to say I've just checked and they don't appear to operate in Thailand. The global account might therefore be the best way.

Transferwise will not transfer money from Thailand to the UK.

I use SCB (Siam Commercial Bank). I can transfer online.
