MLDP has really confused me?

Discussion in 'Senior Leadership Team' started by The Mogo, Apr 4, 2011.

  1. I'm looking for opportunities to attend some Middle Leader training, in order to better understand the role, and strengthen my applications for Middle Leader positions. However, the LFTM seems to have been replaced by the MLDP, which only "clusters of schools" can apply for. This is currently not possible for my school! Is there any other way of me getting some training under my belt? I've heard of training schools offering their own programmes, but is this recognised in the same way?
  2. It may be worth looking at training courses offered by teaching unions. They are often at week-ends and can be available to non-union members (at a higher charge).
