Ministers announce £230 million for new school buildings

    £230 million?
    A popular number.
    Remember this?

    But seriously. This money will not put our schools back to where they were under Labours school building programme.

    Perhaps £460 million would make a difference? Use the amassed cash surpluses of the acadamies and the £230 million the government is claiming to make available?

    I'll believe it when I see the schools being built. ...
