I have recently completed a course on teaching mindfulness to children. It's an area of personal interest and one I am passionate about.
I hope that I can start (paid for) after school clubs in local primary schools.
Does anyone have any advice or experience in starting up a small business of this type? I'm not entirely sure how to start, who to approach or what to do...I just know that I want to do something!!
    Thanks in advance

Some schools I know of are keen for after school activities.
Prepare your publicity, set your prices.
If you know people in schools, sound them out. Otherwise ring a few school receptionists and chat with them. They will not be able to offer you work, but will probably be able to tell you if the head might be interested.
Watch out for schools that were really hoping for someone to do football club but have been let down.
