Mentoring a teaching assistant

Discussion in 'Jobseekers' started by sjl9876, May 3, 2012.

  1. Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a little bit a guidance...

I am a teacher in a special school in an early years setting. I have a teaching assistant who is on a temporary contract which is due to be renewed and has been in my class since September. I have been asked to be her mentor as I understand there has been some complaints against her. I wondered if anyone had some advice, or format for paperwork, etc.

Amy advice would be gratefully received.

    Many thanks.
