Dear Theo I'm currently applying for a job at a school where I had an interview last year. I didn't get the job but I felt the day went very well and the feedback I received was very positive; the person they employed was better qualified for the role (2 i/c of a big department) and more experienced but I gathered that I'd created a very positive impression. The new role they're advertising is for a KS co-ordinator (the same as my current role) and so a notch down from the position last year. My question is, should I mention last year on my application? I think it shows good commitment to the school and it also just feels a bit odd to not mention it. Any advice appreciated! Thanks.
