  1. I'm curious as to how people are encouraging children to take a conscientious attitude to work (I know we generally do this all the time) so my question is how are people showing they are doing this?

I have examples of marking where I have encouraged reflection or development. Also, any classroom displays or posters which encourage this? Also, I have a classroom contract. Any of these help?

Has there been an improvement in the quality of their work over the year thanks to your marking and/or expectations?
