Anyone trying this? r Recent blood test reveal that I have high cholesterol (7.2) and need to cut out butter, pastries etc. This diet seems to be good for lowering cholesterol and lowering the risk of heart disease.

I used to live in Spain and I've just returned. I always lose weight and live healthier. I think it's not only the diet but the weather/outdoor culture. When I lived in U.K., especially during the winter months, the culture is to sit and watch TV and eat, getting to the point where you mustn't miss a certain show. It's even worse now with all these multiple recorded episode options. I don't even have a TV in Spain.
