I have been looking into different ways of measuring and monitoring student well-being. It would be great to hear of any surveys or assessment tools that people are currently using effectively. Thank you

you can't, students are not required to disclose anything to you. If you try, you are making you and other staff responsible for something you cannot possibly be responsible for, and are opening yourself up to all sorts of aggravation.

You need robust child protection procedures, and an approachable staff, but keep in mind we are actually here to educate.

Your tutor teams should be feeding back to your Head of Year on things like this. As said already, it's more than ' a can of worms ', so follow protocol.
