Maths Department restructure

  1. I can find merit in all of the above suggestions. It's hard to say really. I agree, most schools are obsessed by data these days. A TLR is not a huge amount of cash, it's probably possible to make nearly as much out of doing a paper round. I'd think carefully which option I'd enjoy the most and choose that one. In my case, I'd probably go for the paper round.
     
  2. Thanks for all the replies. I have decided to move to another school with better possibilities(!!) in the end where I hope to get a chance to do a bit of both.
