Maternity Pay

    I am currently doing maternity cover - I have been told today that the expected return date for the person I am covering for is approx 2 weeks before the end of term (i.e. before breaking up for summer) this is largely what I had expected as I'd assumed that the staff member absent would return so as to receive their pay over the summer break - which whilst irritating for me - is part of what is expected within maternity cover. However - there is indication that upon her return she would return on a part time basis - and I have been asked if I would like to remain as part time for these final 2 weeks of term - if I did so I am just wondering if that would alter my entitlement to pay over the summer break? Many thanks for any help.
