Maternity Pay

    The post holder only need to give 21 days notice of her intended date of return, and as you recognise that can be any date be it holiday or not. You should be paid any holiday periods that occur while you are still covering the post up until the point at which the post holder returns. I am a bit confused why your cover contract is due to end on 31st March, yet the post holder is not expected back until September though?
