Hi I've just read that you have to be in continuous employment for 26 weeks up to 15 weeks before your due date...I was just wondering whether anyone can tell me if they think I'll be eligible? I 'officially' started my job on 1st September as an NQT. I don't have my due date yet but it'll be around late May, early June. However, I was employed by the school as a supply teacher throughout June and July of last year - but I wasn't paid over the summer. So would the work before summer count as part of my 26 weeks? I really, really hope so! Thanks in advance.
