Maternity leave and TLR

Discussion in 'Pay and conditions' started by nightowl13, Feb 26, 2011.

  1. I have had my letter of the County regarding my pay during maternity leave. They pay does not take into consideration my TLR which is over £4000 a year and I have been doing the job for 4 and a half years. Maternity pay is not that great any way, but is this allowed. Have they made a mistake? Advice welcome. Thanks for reading my post!

Yup, they've most likely made a mistake.
