    Also look at rachelhawkes.com - she seems to be in charge of a lot of the TES resources at the moment, especially the organisation of it. There are schemes of work on there as well as various resources to go with it. I personally think the lady is amazing, and we've tried a lot of the techniques on her website, with amazing results.
     
  3. I'm very grateful for all of these suggestions. I feel like a one-man band in my department of four, and whilst I'm happy to do the work as I'm half German, passionate about the subject and a specialist in it, my heart sinks at the thought of how much work I need to do to get it all into shape.

    However, mustn't grumble... many thanks to you all for your help!
