    hoi sin
mustard, lemon, brown sugar if no honey
I often use Schwarz cajun seasoning
  4. Lemon, honey, hint of soy sauce, mustard. Sometimes I add some cinnamon.
Cider, with the above, minus soy sauce - use the liquid for cooking.
Oil (I like to use a nutty one or sesame oil), garlic, ginger, soy sauce, a bit of star anise, a few peppercorns, a chopped up chilli.
natural yoghurt, chilli, cumin, coriander, lemon (lol), paprika
  5. Schwarz also does a wonderful Moroccan seasoning...
    from the Cook Art range.
It is fab - I use it all the time in all sorts of dishes.
Let me check the tin (I must buy a new one when home...)...

  6. Christ, can't read the ingredients - too small print.
    This is it:
Theoretically, you could make up the mix yourself - but this smells so divine, and tastes so wonderful, I often fall back on it. I add it to meat dishes, couscous, rice!, sprinkle over veg before roasting, etc.

  7. Thanks very much, couldn't do it without you x
