Is it legal to use the lyrics of pop songs on my worksheets?

Fair use is one thing.
A whole lyric costs.
Don't try to use any Paul Simon, though!

DfE buy a licence that covers all state schools in England to use a wide range of copyright material for educational purposes. Check if i's covered by one of these
4 lines is usually considered fair use (except Paul Simon).
