Discussion in 'Early Years' started by Tudor3, Nov 9, 2011.

  1. Hi, I have just interviewed for an Early Years teaching position in reception and was successful. The process involved a group task, observations and an interview. The group task got all candidates to work together to plan a classroom concept and then present results. We had time in the classroom to observe and interact with the children. Our observations were then scrutinised as part of the process. We also had to present assessment info and how we would move ch on using info collected in observations,

    Teaching philosophy,
    Child initiated learning,
Examples of how you have shown leadership,
    Classroom layout,
What you can bring to the school,

    Good luck!
