Lonoco GTP Primary

  1. Hi, I have applied through Lonoco and got my date a couple of week ago. My interview is on the 16th Feb. Have you heard from them yet as they have re-open applications for January start only.

    I have an interview for that day too! Very relieved. How are you preparing? I know the format will be tests/group interview etc but I am still not sure what to expect.

    quick hello and welcome
    literacy test - pretty much a written interview (what makes a good teacher etc)
    group discussion - what qualities do teachers need
    maths test - mental maths
    3 minute Presentation (or lesson)
    Group Discussion on a current educational topic

    mine was 3 weeks ago, i got in pending funding (fingers crossed)

    i just wondered whether the Literacy test was an essay,or a series of questions. Also, was the topic of the presentation generally difficult, or can one prepare in advance.
