Long term post - how long to wait to hear?

    I wouldn't get your hopes up I'm sorry to say.
    Agencies send out lots of CVs for lots of teachers to lots of schools in a "scatter gun " approach to landing work.
    No harm in that provided you've agreed and it sometimes works but not always an indication there's a job involved. Of course some agencies will be more specific then others and therefore more successful.
    Still at least you've updated your CV.
