    Wow, luckily that never happened to me. I did not realize how lucky I was the last three years. I think the election is not helping either. With the level of stress I asume schools are getting now. Probably the next term will be full of work.

    I have a half term gig til Xmas. Lots of split classes though.

    Another agency trick is the 'compliance con'. Some agencies require updating your compliance every three months. If you have not worked for the agency in that time, or at all, it will offer you to find you some unpaid work, so that the school will give you a reference, which will meet compliance.

    One day this week and another in a private school, Still very quiet.No strange requirements or freebies asked to me yet, or ever. I might be lucky thought
