    Hi all,

Have you ever wanted to get your students to meet research scientists? Encounter Edu have a free event called Coral Live 2019, from 11-15th November.

You can join coral scientists talking about their latest science discoveries live from the Caribbean. Everyday there are five live lessons giving lots of opportunity to match it up with your class timetable.

I think it's also a great way to increase engagement in high achieving pupil premium groups - set a room aside and invite selected students out of school timetabling to meet an expert and ask questions via streaming. I haven't done this yet but I think if i included some snacks then students would love it.

All you need do is sign up, download their resources online, and join the lessons with your class.
