    Dear all,

First post ever on TES despite being a member for, what feels like, thousands of years!

Life without levels - feeling that no decisions are being made in readiness for the new Year 7's that will arrive in September 2016.

Is anyone willing to share what/how their schools are taking this forward??

    Many thanks in advance,

    Clare c

All subject leaders have created a list of skills that they hope their students might demonstrate, and each year we can report on the additional skills demonstrated. It's a bit like APP, but using skills from the new National Curriculum.

Some subjects also like to use predicted GCSE grades using the new 1-9 system - apparently in English it's particularly easy to map a student's skills to a grade.
