The Tories are showing their determination to fight dirty. Not content with smearing and despicable accusations, they are now trying their best to mislead the voters:

A website purporting to showcase Labour’s manifesto but which instead attacks the party’s policies has been set up by the Conservatives just days after the party faced criticism for misleading the public with a similar stunt.

The official Tory Twitter account posted a link to the website, which displays a picture of Jeremy Corbyn looking confused, using the URL “Labourmanifesto.co.uk”.

The website, coloured in Labour red and registered only three days ago, states: “Labour’s 2019 manifesto … No plan for Brexit. Higher taxes. Two more referendums.”

The Conservatives had apparently paid for a Google advert which meant internet browsers were directed to the website when they searched for “Labour”.

It comes after the Conservatives prompted widespread criticism, including from Twitter, after the party rebranded one of its official accounts to make it look like a factchecking service during the ITV leaders’ debate on Wednesday evening.

These liars don't deserve anyone's vote, and those who do vote for them are prostituting their own morals.

 

Which part is a lie?

 

I read this. It partly shows the Conservatives total lack of morals and integrity, and partly shows their lack of any policy of their own except dissing Labour, while flogging their one trick Brexit pony. All the Tories can do is lie, but it must come back to bite them.

 

You'd have to be pretty stupid to be misled by a website which clearly states as the second heading on its home page:

With the URL "labourmanifesto.co.uk". Yeah right. Labour's colours of red and yellow. Nothing to see here. The Tories aren't in the gutter - they're in the sewer. Purest pig-pen politics.

 

So Labour is fighting the election by whinging... [oh they changed their twitter handle, noooo they said mean things about our manifesto]

Fascinating strategy... hope it works out for them ... ha!

 

Purely in the interests of balance...

Labour councils have been accused of registering thousands of students to vote without their knowledge in a bid to boost left-wing turnout.

An investigation in Plymouth has so far identified 850 students and under 17-year-olds on the electoral register who had not completed their own applications. Other councils in London are, apparently, also being investigated.

It is actually illegal to register anyone else to vote.

 

No, stop that Nomad... focus on the Tories changing a twitter handle. That's the actual crime.

Lisa Forbes is standing for re-election for the Labour Party, after winning the by-election with 10,484 votes - a margin of just 683 votes ahead of the Brexit Party, which came in second.

All I've discovered so far is that Lloyd Watson has died. Lloyd was a brilliant guitarist who played around the Peterborough pub scene from the late seventies onward. Another one Bowie was very keen on and someone who helped out Roxy Music and Status Quo.

Your post is rather misleading as you get the sizes and prominence the wrong way round (twice) . Not a surprise though.

 

Patel is a Priti good liar too. However, BBC North West deleted this video where Tory Minister Priti Patel, demonstrating her impressive lying skills, insists you can’t blame the government for growing poverty because it’s actually the fault of local councils (whose funding the government cut).
I wonder why they removed it? The day of reckoning may be coming sooner than they think!
