    Hey everyone,

    I have a question on :
Use own knowledge of promoting positive behaviour to contribute to reviews of behaviour policies, including bullying, attendance and the effectiveness of rewards and sanctions

I understand that i need to look at the behaviour policy of my school setting, however how can i contribute to it? I dont think anything is wrong with any of their policies. Do i just need to put input on what i think of the policies and procedures?

I am so stuck, any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you x

I think it may be asking you to ‘ critique ‘ the policies. You may not think there is anything wrong with them but can you evaluate their effectiveness from your experience to date ? Very often a policy may be open to interpretation or abuse ? Can you think of examples where this has impacted on your practice ?
