    Hey everyone,

    I have a question on :
Use own knowledge of promoting positive behaviour to contribute to reviews of behaviour policies, including bullying, attendance and the effectiveness of rewards and sanctions

I understand that i need to look at the behaviour policy of my school setting, however how can i contribute to it? I dont think anything is wrong with any of their policies. Do i just need to put input on what i think of the policies and procedures?

I am so stuck, any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you x

Hi, for this question I wrote about some examples where e.g. the school behaviour policy had no effect on a child and what I/staff did instead to overcome the issue. I also made a point of saying that this was fed back to SLT for their potential further action on a policy level.
