Letter of resignation

Discussion in 'Retirement' started by netsy2, Sep 15, 2011.

  1. When you are retiring, do you address your letter of resignation to the head, chair of governors, board of governors, or all?
And what about wording, should it be formal (just stating the fact) or more chatty, e.g. saying how long you ave worked in the school for, what your achievements have been, what you will miss etc. etc.?

  3. My head asked me to address it just to her and just to state bald facts. So I did.
